The apartments are close to reliable and frequent bus routes into the city centre and to the vibrant area of Leith.

Guests can take advantage of some fantastic bars and restaurants on nearby Broughton Street and surrounding area. Alternatively, with a large supermarket just around the corner, rustle up a culinary delight in the comfort of your own apartment.

Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to make us aware of this when booking so an appropriate apartment can be allocated. There is no lift in the building.

Guests arriving by car can park on street. There is no allocated parking for the apartments.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY THE LOCATION OF OUR OFFICE AND THAT YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE DIRECTIONS AND KEYS TO YOUR APARTMENT.

This fantastic facility, which has recently been refurbished, is ideally located right in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, 550 metres from Edinburgh bus station, and 800 metres from Waverly train station.

Guests can take advantage of: 24 hour check-in service, secure baggage storage on day of arrival and departure, complimentary refreshments in our honesty bar, complimentary Internet facilities and comprehensive tourist information.

Check out time is 10:00 Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service of 10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs.

We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after checkout.

Please also note that we do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the near by NCP car parks, which offer a security parking place during your stay with us.

Please note that our apartments are located in historical buildings, and that there is no lift. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform us of this when booking.
