Buffet King in edinburgh is the single WORST chinese buffet I have EVER been to, the choice was extemely limited and the food was tough and grisly.

AVOID THIS PLACE

There are much better buffets here:

China China - Omni Centre

Jimmy Chungs - Lothian Road.
