"Unwelcoming restaurant"

I had a chance to visit this restaurant just after Christmas 06. I was accompanied by five more people. Initially it took 20 minutes for some one to take order and that too upon two requests. Then we were served with crockery with plates poorly cleaned and oily surface still with some stain of previously eaten food. When we pointed it to one waiter, he very non apologisingly replaced the plates but one plate this time had a hair on it. This time the waiter was furious instead of us. We decided to leave the restaurant without eating and waiter extremely rudely said "make sure you don't come back here."

My husband was very upset and he wanted to speak to the manager but manager refused to come and speak to us.
