"Not very nice"

We went to the Braidburn Inn last evening for an anniversary meal. I ordered a well done fillet steak and when cutting into the middle of it I found it to be very very pink. I stated to the waitress when she asked was everything ok....no in fact I ordered a well done steak....the steak was on my plate as evidence...However when paying our 64.00 bill we were offered no compensation for this.I would state this is bad practice as I shall be stating to all that ask that they(Braidburn) do not listen to customer comments....who are at the root of keeping a buisness going.I am sorry this has happened as we will not return..
