"Excellent Service from Edinburgh/Glasgow Audi"

The wife managed to damage my A6 Avant rear left bodypanel in one of Edinburghs tight multi-storey car parks. I took the car to both Edinburgh Audi (who use Glasgow Audi for their bodyshop) and to Western Audi whose bodyshop is in Broxburn. I was amazed of the high quality service at Edinburgh/Glasgow Audi. Also they charged half the price for the repairs compared to Western Audi (rip off in my view) and they offered a collection/courtesy car (no such service from Western).

I found Edinburgh Audi/Glasgow Audi fantastic and I would recommend them. Western Audi, why don't you charge the proper rate and offer a delivery/courtsey car free of charge?
