A review of Braidburn Inn by Anonymous written on Tuesday 27th of February 2007
I visited the Braidburn Inn yesterday intending to have a late lunch. Instead, I and my colleague were laft standing in front of the bar while a gentleman who we presumed to be a manager and a young lady both stood behind the bar and completely ingored us.
We got no acknowledgement of the fact that we were there - the gentleman continued with his paperwork and the young lady continued to clean the gantry. Evidently, both activities were deemed more important than the two potential customers in front of them.
Only when we move to leave (after several minutes of being ignored) did either person look up from what they were doing.
Had they been busy serving other customers, I would have completely understood, but to my mind their bahaviour was simply rude.
I will not be back!!.
