"Good products terrible service"

This shop has great professional products that work every time, yet every time i go there i am amazed at the bad service. i usually get ignored until i ask for some service. today i asked for a specific product and was told that it was in the window. i asked if i could have it and was told "oh i suppose you can, if you really want because its in the window." then the other assistant laughed saying "i would have lied and said no, i wouldnt have been bothered to go get it!!" i work in retail myself and would have been sacked on the spot for this terrible service!!!!!.
