"Shocking customer service"

A review of Madras Cottage by Starving written on Saturday 7th of March 2009

Regular customer placed an order tonight for 2 chicken kebabs at 19.07 told would be 30-45 mins for delivery.

20.30 still no delivery and called to be told the usual that the driver is on his way.

21.07 a full 2 hours since placing the order the driver turns up with cold food i refused to pay for it and told him to take it back.

called the shop to complain and was told it was my fault the food was cold !

will not be giving this place any more business shocking customer service..
