"Helen How - Goddess of Pain Relief!"

I have been going to Helen for treatments over the years for a scoliosis and lower disc degeneration. Helen is incredibly gentle and has transformed the inflammation and twist in my lower back consistently. She is always very positive about my condition and has helped me enormously to maintain the problem myself and know the signs when a treatment is due. As a result of this, I do not have to go as often , and am much more empowered and relaxed about my problem. There are too many osteopaths out there who only relieve part of the problem, where as Helen treats the body holistically - what I mean by this, is that in my case, she realigns my spine , gives me ultrasound to reduce inflammation and massages tightness in my upper back due to tension from pain. This all round care sends me out feeling pain free and relaxed, all in one session!

I recommend her expertise 100% and would not go to anyone else. .
