A review of Scottish Ambulance Service N H S Trust by Chris blagdon written on Friday 10th of April 2009
I am sick of covering my ears every time an ambulance passes by. Ever since they changed their sirens to the american cop type.
Its not evey crew there is the odd crew with less volume on their siren.
I relly dont need to know theres an emergency vehicle ten streets away needing to get through. I dont own a car, I walk, but I'm being deafened by these wanna be american cops about ten times a day. The police and the fire services arnt THAT loud.
I used to wonder about attacks on the emergancy services, since moving to edinburgh I now know why. It makes me want to pick up a rock and hurl it. I wouldnt of course but if its in my mind then it will be in others too....
Turn it down boys... we arnt all that impressed... and take those ridiculus sunglasses off too.
