"Worth the wait?"

If, like me, you are prepared to wait and wait and wait and then wait some more, then, there is the possibility an apparently well trained, pleasant woman will take your call and then track your consignment.

But you do require to exercise great patience if you want to get through and then speak with their Staff.

Thereafter you require to wait to see w/not their assurances are met - but she did sound very genuine..
