"Fantastic staff but changes needed"

I stayed in sal army hostel at the pleasance edinburgh from oct 2008 to mar 2009. I found the service provided very good and 99 percent of staff fantastic and most helpful. But like everythin in this world there are imperfections. I found there was scope 4 more activities to be done. Specially when asked to be out me room for 4 hours a day allowing cleaners to only clean your bin. No hoovering really done or proper cleaning.
