A review of The Cramond Inn by Andy written on Sunday 15th of October 2006
I think this pub has really gone downhill. I took the family there for Sunday lunch today, including our two young boys. The menu had four dishes which it said could be provided as half portions for kids. It turned out two of the dishes were not availble, and the boys didn't much fancy the other two. We asked if we could have another of the adult meals in half portion but were flatly told, if it's not on the menu, we won't serve it that way - even though there was next to nothing they could give us for the kids. They were totally unapologetic. Some friends had told me they had gone off the place because of poor service. I can see why. We won't be going back..
