"Check-in chaos at Malaga"

We recently had the missfortune to return from Malaga Airport to Edinburgh, Thursday 25th June 2009. There were 5 check-in desks available but there was know one controlling the check-in lines. As a consquence it took us over 90 minutes to check in by which time they were asking passengers to proceed urgently to the departure gate.

This was not an isolated incident as friends of ours had the same experience 2 days later.

It's a pity Globespan let's it's self down like this as the flight was good, the cabin staff friendly and helpful. However, I'll be making alternative arrangements for furture flight plans..
