"Very Poor Service and Overpriced Food!!!!"

Apparently, the other reviews seem to have been written by the owner himself or I went to the wrong place!!! The service was terrible!!! The food was overpriced and all I heard the entire time was the owner yelling at a customer! How do you say CRAZY poor service in Italian?.
