"The most deceptive staff I have ever meet!"

If you are looking for a place to eat in Edimburgh during the festival please do not go to this Pizza Hut. The staff is rude, but not ordinary rude, extremelly rude specially with turists, also there is no chance to complain, because the manager then accuse you of being so impatient and rude to them(We were waiting for a table 35 min....to be served another 40 min. but when we attent to pay they just ignore us for further 25min. Do not dare to address to them! They insult me and throght to me the machine for payment with VISA! and don't cpmplain! as nobody apparently does it...ah! and they have no a clue of what a "complaint book" is...so bad luck, they will ruin your night, scream at you, insult you and there is nothing you can do...well, actually there is, you can tell everybody about it..
