"Possitive Feedback for Service Provided"

Tonight shortly after 5pm I visited your store based at The Gyle Edinburgh and on my return home I have decided to contact yourselves and comment on the fantastic service I recieved.

I have recently had surgery and needed assistance in measuring and fitting of underwear.

Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the lady who assisted me but would like if you were able to thank her on my behalf for the kind, sensitive and professional manner she served me with.Her patience was endless and her final note was that "she hoped to see me again" which I did appreciate. I left the store feeling 100% satisfied. The lady assistant was of slight build with glasses and possibly one of your more mature staff.
