"Shame about the attitude"

Be prepared for a rude attitude: Phoned for help with a dodgy boiler - appt within 2 days which was great & the guy who came round was helpful.... I didn't go ahead with any work however and when I received an invoice for the appt was a bit surprised... the flier I used to call this plumber clearly said 'Free Quotations'. Left a message to query the invoice and the owner called back and shouted at me down the phone, I was so taken aback, couldn't get a word in he was so obnoxious! A pity as until that point was still considering to ask them to do some work.... shame, their loss....
