"Very dissappointing take away order"

A review of Li Take Away by Unhappy customer written on Saturday 22nd of August 2009

My partner and I just sat down to a Chinese take away order from Li (Collinton Rd Edinburgh). We ordered chicken curry, chicken chow mein and prawn crackers. Both meals were extremely disappointing, the curry lacked taste and the chicken was mushy. The chow mein consisted of lame noodles and over sized chucks of onion, again tasteless and had too much watery sauce. The prawn crackers were broken up into little pieces. As a fan of Chinese cuisine I have to be completely honest and admit that this take away was by far the worst Chinese meal I have ever experienced. The take away cost £12.90 and apart from the few forkfuls we tasted the rest of the meal went straight in the bin - money well spent!! I will never go near this take away again - quite frankly terrible!.
