"HELP OR NOT HELP"

I have my 3 dogs registered with the PDSA and eacxh has always received the ultimate in care from the vets and their nurses. However, as a retired vet nurse i find it increasingly annoying having to sit day in day out trying to order a repeat prescription for my epileptic dog as only one phone is accessible to the vast numbers of clients who go through the doors each day. Surely a well established charity such as the PDSA can put in an extra one or two lines to cope with the demand of the amount of sick animals....!.
