"Don't agree"

I think you must have been unlucky. I have used the firm for many years and never suffered like this. I agree the office may not be manned 24/7 but I have rarely had any difficulty contacting it at various times of the day.

If standards have slipped in the last few weeks I hope they sort it out soon!.
