A review of Celtic Craft Centre by A customer written on Friday 9th of April 2010

My kilt and general outfit has been on order for six months, and I NEED it in one month.

After dozens of attempts in February I (amazingly) managed to get someone to answer the phone and I was given relevant assurances. I've heard nothing since and yet again I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've tried, literally, 45 times over the last three days. Luckily I left a pleading answerphone message this morning before the machine filled up, which it now is.

Having been in this shop to place my order I know they're attentive and thorough, and I'm sure the kilt will be excellent if it ever arrives, but when it comes to communication this place is bloody, bloody awful..
