I employed Zone Letting to manage my flat due to the fact that when my son was renting through them they were extremely rigourous in their referencing procedures and pre-occupancy; they found me excellent tenants promptly. They always answered our calls round the clock (we`re in Hong Kong) and dealt with any issues effectively but most importantly of all they communicated so we never got any nasty surprises. Im 000s of miles away but sleep easy knowing that these guys are on top of things ! oh and another thing they are cheaper than the other agents out there ! off the the races tonight wish me luck :).
