"The best service and staff"

I had never been married before and was really nervous not knowing where to start looking for a wedding dress. Susan Gregorys' was recomended and I had visions trailing over the whole of Edinburgh and possibly further afield trying on dresses looking for THE dress at the right price. As soon as I went in I was just browsing through the dresses and was approached by a real friendly member of staff (with no pressure). I explained I didn't know where to start, and the time, attention and patience was really remarkable from the staff (Chris). I hung up ALL the dresses I liked the look of and then Chris took some in the dressing room for me to try them on. I loved the first and second but by the 4th or 5th Chris had an idea of what I was looking for and what I would suit. (the knowledge and experience of ALL the staff are absolutly amazing) Chris brought in other dresses for me to try after I had tried on the 14 dresses I had picked out, and after saying the 2 dresses that I didn't really like were the most amazing as chosen by Chris (always listen to the advice of an expert)and it was one of them I got married in. The comments were so flattering at my wedding I couldn't believe it. The aftersales service was outstanding too. I have recommended Susan Gregorys' to a couple of friends and they have never went by that shop and has thanked me for recommedning them as I guess what would've been the hardest and most stressful part of organising the wedding turned out to be a real peace of mind. It's just a pity they don't organise the whole wedding for you. I got the bridesmaid dresses as well from the same shop as no one else could match the service, price or quality.
