"Great looking stamps - disappointing attempt to order."

Heritage Rubber Stamps' website says that they will ship to virtually anywhere in the world. I tried to place a substantial order, but at the very end of the process, a pop-up message came up to say that my order couldn't be shipped to Canada.

There is a small "Contact" button on the main page, but one cannot click on it.

A disappointing experience..
