No problems making initial contact, and thereafter experienced the most fantastic customer service. They came all the way out to darkest East Lothian to pick up one chair, collected fabric from shop, and then brought the finished product back.

And the best thing was that the job done was superb. If only getting stuff done was always so simple and satisfactory..
