"Helen How is a wow of a healer!"

I have been going to Helen on occasion for at least 20 years and most times she has treated me with one treatment. Helen is highly skilled at working out exactly where the pain is coming from and why - she is enormously gentle and re-assuring while being clear about everything and always gives recomended exercises. I have had a number of different problems: damaged shoulders from too much writing; an out-of-the-blue cricked back which meant I could not bend over at all which Helen managed to get moving so i could fly to Brazil within two days (albeit with a stick, wheelchair help and my sponsors paid business class) yet a week later i was walking freely and dancing. Recently post breast cancer operations Helen has helped me re-balance two now rather different sides of the same body. Recently helped cure RSI in lively, concerned, my right wrist. Helen is a real healer. She is empathetic, lively, great company and fun too!.
