I took a machine I'd bought from eBay to be fixed and came home with a new one! He bought the faulty machine from me for nearly as much as I'd paid for it and arranged immediate delivery of a new up-to-date- PS-650 within 2 days! Great person to deal with - his staff are also very helpful.

I spoke to the lady who gives the tutorials and will definitely take up the free lessons - she is also at the top of her profession! Can't wait!.
