"Total rip off"

I was charged £4.80 for 50 minutes parking today. I have used the car park before and have been charged around £20 for 6 hours which is steep, but I accepted it for the convenience. However I could not believe the charges for less than an hour! I thought it was a mistake! I looked for a tariff at the entrance but couldn't see one. Unfortunately the charge is correct - I Googled it and the NCP website states it's £4.80 for up to 2 hours. Never again. Other car-parkers beware!.
