We are happy to recommend Zone Lettings to any prospective landlord or tenant.

This firm found us excellent tenants for our flat in Edinburgh who have occupied the property for 3 trouble-free years and are now in the process of

extending their tenancy for a further 12 months.

Zone Lettings gave us practical advice as new landlords and negotiated a fair commercial rent, They have inspected the flat every 3 months and sent emailed reports of the interior condition accompanied by photographs and, more recently, by videos. They have been prompt and efficient in arranging all necessary repairs while keeping us fully informed.

We have also noted that Zone Lettings' charges compare favourably with those of their competitors.
