We were caught out by small print. asked on joining how long we were tied in for and were told a year. after approx 8 months we decided it wasnt for us, but continued to pay for the rest of the year, waiting to be able to cancel at the end of the twelve months. Then hit with bill for a further 3 months to act as notice period!!! and threats of being taken to court!!!! staff at head office very unhelpful even though we tried to explain. if you consider using bannatines dont sign up until you have gone through ALL SMALL PRINT and check out many forums and reviews on line.... our is a very common story... many many very unhappy people.
