I went to Connolly's for the first time after buying a Groupon deal for highlights and a cut. After Charlie Millers and Sesh, maybe I've been spoiled from the client-service point of view, but I was treated like a lump of wood - not even offered a glass of water during my two and a half hours there, and the poor girl in the chair next to me seemed almost reduced to tears by her young (male) stylist's comments about her hair and curtness. That said, the colour and condition is excellent - and I asked for very little off the length as I'm growing out layers. Despite wilting from thirst under heat lamps, I think I may go back again. Maybe I'll just take some Volvic with me!.
