Dear nina,

We were surprised and upset to hear you were unhappy with your visit to our salon.

Kevin is a well trained stylist with many years of experience and is highly thought of by us and his large clietele.

We do try to encourage all of our clients to discuss any problems they may have in an amicable manner and we feel that generally this works very well as a salon policy. However we do realise that no one can please all the people all the time.

It does not seem to be very clear exactly what your complaint was, our prices,I think are very fair and reasonable, indeed we are often told by clients how reasonable they think they are considering the high standard we achieve, we always quote whenever asked.

There does seem to be an inconsistency with your name and our database as I could not find you on it.
