"Worst service ever"

You are lucky to be served ! or you can always choose an option of standing there more than 40 minutes and listening to staff 'oh that table has not been cleaned yet' even though I do not think it's so hard to clean table for two.

I've been there twice. Once they served cold lasagne and when I asked for sth instead they wanted to charge me for 2 things. Never apologised. Never offered complimentary drink. Poor service. Staff talking to each other but not bothered about the customers. Should send them to few customer service courses. Second time I went there it ws to give them a chance to improve but they just messed up that one as well.

I will not go there ever again.
