The Metropole Coffee House is my favourite cafe in Edinburgh. Really friendly staff, excellent coffee, great cakes and delicious food. It's a place to chill out reading the newspapers or for socialising with my friends. I bring my children in regularly, they love the milkshakes and toasties, and we've been treated with nothing but respect!.
