Very prompt repairs that always seem to be reasonably priced. I couldnt afford to keep such an expensive car without the helpful Derek. Car is always much smother when returned and although mine is nearly twenty years old it runs like a swiss clock. Next car will be another saab but I dont expect that to be for many years. Without Derek this would not be the case. .
