Thank you to the staff at George St. I went to LK Bennett in Fenwicks Newcastle yesterday to buy shoes. I had a credit voucher which could not be used because LK Bennetts in Fenicks is a franchise. The young lady in Fenwicks was very helpful and contacted you in Edinburgh who said they would post the shoes to me.. I could not believe it when they arrived this morning.

Thank you so much for your help and overnight delivery.
