"WHY ARE PEOPLE SO RUDE TO STAFF???"

I don't know why people are complaining so much, have they nothing better to do. As far as I can see the staff are the best yet and go out of their way to help patients, they even take elder patients across the road, and go over and above their normal duties to help. These people that complain are sad and I wonder if they complain when they go into a shop and don't get the service they wish, or to a pub? Sad life. If you don't like the surgery, go somewhere else, nobody's forcing you to stay!!!.
