"Good GP care but unprofessional front desk staff"

A review of Polwarth Gardens Surgery by Tommy written on Friday 8th of June 2012

The quality of care from the GPs and Nursing staff is very good.

However there is a serious problem with some of the front desk staff, who I've found to be unfriendly, unhelpful and prone to making mistakes. .
