My car was taken in on Thursday 7th June 2012 and a paint repair to the scraped front bumper ,which had to be removed for matching ,was done with the car being ready on 8th June for pick-up.This was a private job (not an insurance one).The whole process from appraisal, to estimate ,to doing the job was done in a most friendly, polite ,and efficient way--very good indeed ,with phone call to let me know when the car was ready ,as promised.

They also held the estimate price ,as there was a considerable delay in having the job done, as my daughter was having a baby in Glasgow and I needed the car to cover that for a period.They helped me in every way.

I would recommend them. In the past, I have also dealt with them for an accident repair through an insurance company and I found them extremely helpful then too.
