Impossible to be able to speak to reception. I wanted to pay the bill which I accidentally walked out without paying. Sorry. I have tried three times to speak to a receptionist and waited for ages listening to music - suddenly cvut off. Tried again cut off. Tried a third time cut off. You will now have to wait..
