I saw Helen last year when I had twisted my back from carrying too much and the wrong way, also overdoing it at Curves. When I went in I was doubled over and couldnt straighten up. After the first session I could stand up straight and simply walked out the clinic! I went for some follow up sessions but just a couple as Helen had worked her magic, showed me exercises to do and recommended I get a slendertone belt to strengthen my core muscles. I also left Curves as the circuit training was damaging my back. I had been fine for about 10 months but strained my back again a few days ago and went to see her today doubled over worse and in alot of pain. I had been crawling earlier today! Helen used one of her pain machines, a cefar compex which has tens technology, in built pain relief as well as gentle massage for my poor muscles. She also used an ultrasound machine and some gentle manipulation. She was so informative about what was going on and recommended ice and to take it easy. I sat up and gradually straightened up, then walked out the clinic and up the road. Im still in a bit of pain but that will ease gradually and will see her again next week for a short session. Her fee is very reasonable for an hour but also has half hour sessions for follow up appointments and she really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend this wonderful woman..
