"No one answers telephone calls!"

Since Wednesday 31st October I have been trying to contact Craignetinney Social work dept by telephone with NO success!

Since 9am this morning, Monday 5th November 2012 I have phoned 12 times and not once has the phone been answered!In fact the phone has rang so long that I have been cut off.
