I have suffered on and off for the last year from a bad back,my gp sent me for an xray and a visit to a consultant to no avail.Then i heard about the wondeful HELEN and she has worked wonders.I have had 2 sessions and advice about exercise and i have come on leaps and bounds.I can now enjoy walking my dogs at weekends without being in agony afterwards.HELEN you are wonderful,keep up the good work and i shall be passing your work on to everyone i know.MANY THANKS
