Our Headmaster was Mr Quiggley,and Miss Kennedy was deputy head that was in 1941,my first teacher was Miss McNamara,I loved my early days at St Ninians, i can still name most of the pupils in my class, my mum sometimes gave me a halfpenny for the black babies, and one for myself,i would go to the Newsagent it was called Mr Weirs to get a sweet,or i'd go to Mr Kemps shop over the road,it is called Kemps corner.
