After seeing a physio weekly for 2 months for shoulder tendonosis with no improvement, I had a steroid injection which was equally unhelpful. My pain continued to increase and was very debilitating. I then saw Helen. Within a couple of weeks my injury had improved dramatically and the pain was greatly reduced. Within a month I had full recovery. .
