"Too short!!"

Took my daughter there for her first haircut as I have been their previously with my other daughter. Not very impressed by the haircut she received. The back of her hair has been cut far too short and above her hairline and if I had been asked about the amount I wanted off then that might have helped, was not expecting it to be that short!.
