We were treated as if we were first people to have a baby the lovely lady dealing with us was very patient and answered all our daft questions nothing was too much for her.we didnt feel pressured or persuaded to order on the day. we have our scan to look forward to and wanted to be sure before we finalised things. we promise we will be back to order!! the new silvercross was for us the best option.thank you once again to karen she was really helpful..
