"Great service"

I lucked out when I found this company - the original job was for two sockets. It didn't take long and there was very little disruption. A couple of years down the line, new neighbours next door decided to have some work done on our mutual chimney. Yes, you guessed. Disaster. When their chosen company came to fix the aerial back after the stonework was completed, they made a complete muck-up and I was left worse off than before. No back-up, not after-job service. I got back on the phone to Hitech. The guy arrived, on time, sorted out the problem, added another two sockets and that I thought was that. Then next door came and asked for the name of the company I used (this, of course tickled my strange sense of humour - I wonder why?) They got Hitich in, and after the job was done the neighbours agreed the Hitech service was great service - they had to: it is).
