"Very disappointing experience"

Cheynes looked very swish from the outside, but this appearance does not match with the service I received. I was roughly handled and the stylist was reluctant to make suggestions. I received an acceptable haircut but unfortunately the price does not match the service. I discovered afterwards that my hair had been cut by a senior stylist, even though I had not requested this and had not been told. This made the price much more expensive than I could afford. The over all experience was very disappointing and I recommend to anyone thinking of going to this salon to look elsewhere. .
